In this bento on top of the rice we have salted and grilled salmon.
In the osouzai (side dishes) portion we have:
namasu (pickled daikon and carrots)
harumaki (ground pork and vegetables spring roll)
dashimakitamago (Japanese-style omelet)
steamed broccoli
In the morning I cook the rice, grill the salmon and fry the spring rolls. The pickles, omelet, and broccoli can be done the evening before.
